2. What personal data we collect

When you submit the registration form, we collect:

• Your name
• Your mobile number (including country code)
• Your email address
• The unit type you indicated interest in
• Optional details you choose to share about your purchase plans — whether the home is for own stay or investment, whether you are selling an existing property, and your buying timeline
• The date and time of your submission
• Marketing source information (e.g. which advertisement or campaign referred you)
• A record of the consent choices you made on the form

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, financial information such as bank account, credit card or NRIC details through this form.

Information collected automatically. Separately from the form, this website uses Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure how visitors find and use the site. These place cookies in your browser — named _ga, _ga_H7TKNTZJR2 and _gcl_au — and share the following with Google:

• The pages you view here and how long you spend on them
• The site or advertisement that referred you, including a Google click identifier if you arrived from one of our advertisements
• Your device type, browser and approximate location
• Your IP address

This happens on every visit, whether or not you fill in the form. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out browser add-on, and this site will continue to work. Our typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of serving them.

3. Why we collect it

We use your personal data to:

• Respond to your enquiry and answer questions about this project
• Share pricing, floor plans, availability and related project information
• Arrange showflat appointments or viewings
• Where you have separately opted in, inform you about future property launches and similar opportunities

4. Your consent

The form asks for two separate consents:

• Required — consent to be contacted about the enquiry you submitted, by call, SMS, WhatsApp or email. Without this we cannot respond to you.
• Optional — consent to be told about future property launches and similar opportunities. This is entirely voluntary and is not a condition of enquiring. Leaving it unticked does not affect our response to your enquiry.

Where you provide this consent, it constitutes clear and unambiguous consent for us to contact you at the number you provided, including numbers listed on Singapore's Do Not Call (DNC) Registry, for the purposes described above.

5. Who we may share it with

Your data may be disclosed to:

• The project developer and its appointed marketing agencies, for the purpose of registering your interest and processing enquiries or bookings
• PropNex Realty Pte. Ltd., as the salesperson's licensed estate agency
• Service providers who host or operate this website and its lead records on our behalf
• Google, through the analytics and advertising cookies described in section 2

We do not sell your personal data.

Some of these providers, including Google, process data on servers located outside Singapore. Where personal data is transferred overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives a standard of protection comparable to that required under the PDPA.

6. How long we keep it

We retain your personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above, or as required for legal, regulatory or CEA record-keeping obligations. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted.

7. How we protect it

Your submission is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in access-controlled systems. Administrative access to lead records is restricted and protected by authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your data.

8. Your rights

Under the PDPA you may:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct any personal data that is inaccurate or incomplete
• Withdraw your consent at any time, for any or all of the purposes above

9. How to withdraw consent or make a request

You can withdraw consent or make an access or correction request at any time by contacting us at treasuredhomessg@gmail.com, or by replying "STOP" or "UNSUBSCRIBE" to any message we send you. We will action your request within a reasonable time. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer respond to your enquiry or send you project information.
